How do I count the stalls in my parking lot?▼
Walk each row and count spaces, including faded or unmarked areas that will receive new lines. Count ADA accessible spaces separately. For drive aisles, fire lanes, and crosswalks, measure total linear feet — those are billed per linear foot, not per stall. We verify the count on-site before quoting.
Is per-stall pricing better for large lots?▼
Per-stall pricing scales directly with lot size and is fully transparent. There is no bulk discount for large lots — a 200-stall lot is simply 200 × $5–$7 plus ADA and specialty line items. The $450 minimum only applies when the per-stall total falls short, which typically occurs for lots of fewer than 65 stalls at the restripe rate.
