1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at stllinestriping.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

STL Line Striping ("we," "us," or "our") provides parking lot striping, pavement marking, and related services to commercial and residential customers in the St. Louis metropolitan area.

2. Services

We provide the following services:

• Parking lot striping and re-striping
• ADA compliant handicap markings and access aisles
• Fire lane marking and curb painting
• Curb painting for loading zones and no parking areas
• Sealcoating and asphalt protection
• Custom stenciling and pavement markings

All services are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to inclement weather or other factors beyond our control.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Estimates are based on the information provided to us and a visual inspection of the work site when applicable.

Final pricing may vary if:

• The scope of work changes from the original estimate
• Site conditions differ from what was initially observed or described
• Additional preparation work is required
• Material costs change significantly

Any changes to the estimated price will be communicated and approved by you before work proceeds.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. For most projects:

• A deposit may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion of work
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Late payments may be subject to a service charge

5. Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide us with reasonable access to the work site at the scheduled time. The work area should be clear of vehicles and obstructions.

If we arrive at the scheduled time and cannot perform the work due to circumstances within your control (vehicles in the way, locked gates, etc.), a trip charge may apply.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

6. Warranty

We stand behind our work. Our standard warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified in your service agreement.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from traffic
• Damage caused by snow plows, chemicals, or vehicle fluids
• Damage from construction or other work performed by third parties
• Fading due to UV exposure over time
• Damage to underlying asphalt or concrete

7. Limitation of Liability

STL Line Striping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Insurance

We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of STL Line Striping and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of St. Clair County, Illinois.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
